This website provides information on Goodman’s current proposals to create a new, high quality, sustainable employment development at Andover Airfield.

Planning permission was granted on 26 August 2009 for an 863,000 sq ft regional distribution centre (RDC) as part of a comprehensive redevelopment of the site.

Following the conclusion of an agreement with the Co-operative Group, Goodman is proposing an amended scheme for a 467,000 sq ft RDC which would generate over 900 jobs. This would replace the approved larger building, with the balance of the land being developed for smaller business and storage units.

Goodman propose to deal with all off site issues in the same way as the approved scheme and are committed to maintaining the obligations in the legal (Section 106) agreement which accompanied it.
